House Rules:

NO POLITICS, NO RELIGION

This has been a longstanding rule of taverns and public houses—and we’re no different.

Hotel Barkeep is meant to be a place to unwind and step away from the tension of everyday life.
We ask that all guests respect this and keep conversation light, welcoming, and inclusive.

NO DRUNKS, NO CREEPS

We encourage you to pour yourself something and relax—but please arrive in a state where you can fully enjoy and participate in the experience.

The barkeep reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• arrives visibly intoxicated

• behaves in a way that makes others uncomfortable

This includes inappropriate, aggressive, or unsettling language.

Guests who are cut off or removed from a session:

• are not eligible for refunds

• may be restricted from future bookings

Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full to be confirmed. Unpaid reservations may be released after 15 minutes.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

Late Arrival
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

No-Shows
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Session Format
Hotel Barkeep sessions are live, small-group virtual experiences. Participants are expected to behave respectfully.

Technology Requirements
Guests are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to Google Meet.

Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to session timing or format if necessary.
